Mission

Our mission is to empower disadvantaged children and adults throughout the community to live healthy lifestyles while having fun by providing quality bicycles and repair services.

Skip Riffle, Chief Executive Officer

Skip Riffle is the heart and soul of Bikes for Tykes, having founded the organization over 37 years ago. With a passion for giving back to his community, Skip has donated over 40,000 bicycles to underserved children and adults. His leadership and dedication drive our mission forward.

Dave Pascale brings invaluable experience from his 43 years as the marketing director for First Energy Corporation. His unwavering commitment to helping those in need makes him an integral part of our team at Bikes for Tykes.

With a background in industrial engineering and program management, John Whipple brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. Since joining Bikes for Tykes in 2015, he has played a crucial role in our efforts to empower underprivileged individuals in the community.

Neil O'Brien, School Liaison

Neil brings thirty-five years experience and passion in K-12 education.  Neil's journey included teaching in suburban and rural school districts, as a district school superintendent in the Finger Lakes area and as President of the New York State Council of of School Superintendents and Leadership for Educational Achievement Foundation.
